Kevin Michael Ross is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in private practice based in Los Angeles, California. With more than 30 years of providing direct client care, his clinical experience spans a variety of psychotherapy settings, including adolescent residential treatment and school mental health programs, community-based care, and drug and alcohol relapse prevention for a national research institute. For a decade, he provided clinical services in outpatient psychiatric treatment clinics.
Ross' clinical work is integrative, depth-oriented, and guided by the needs of each client. His approach has been shaped by Carl Jung's Analytical Psychology as well as cognitive, relational, attachment-informed, experiential, and other evidence-based approaches to psychotherapy. Every client brings a different history, personality, and set of concerns, so therapy is never one-size-fits-all. Some sessions are practical and focused on solving immediate problems. Others slow down to explore recurring patterns, long-held beliefs, relationships, or deeper questions of meaning as they become relevant.
Ross holds a B.A. degree in Speech Communications from Greenville University in Illinois and a M.S. degree in Counseling from California State University - Los Angeles. He completed doctoral studies in Clinical Psychology at Pacifica Graduate Institute, California. He is also trained through the Wellcoaches School of Coaching in wellness coaching, supporting clients in creating healthier and more fulfilling lives.
The T-BEK Cycle™ is Ross' original clinical framework. It grew from his long-standing interest in how people make meaning, repeat patterns, and find their way toward healing and change. Designed to complement established therapeutic approaches, the T-BEK Cycle™ offers a practical and compassionate mapping framework for understanding how thoughts, beliefs, experiences, and personal truths can become interconnected over time.
